Charity Boxing Challenge 2012

The Charity Boxing Challenge is a boxing event where competitors with little or no experience battle it out in the boxing ring for one night of glory, after 12 weeks of free training they are conditioned and ready to go with all the skills of competent amateur boxers. Dont get confused these men and women will be throwing the leather gloves around like its nobody's business all in the name of charity with 100% of the money raised goes to charity.

The Mcgrath Foundation in the pink corner and Bowel Cancer Australia in the Blue corner are the worthy charities this year.
It is estimated that 1 in 3 people will be affected by cancer in some form. Which is a pretty sobering statistic. Lets do some thing about it and get behind the men and women competing for two great causes

Charity Boxing Challenge 2011 came close to selling out and raised over $38,000 for Sydney Children's Hospital and Network Kokoda. Which was used for electrical equipment at the Randwick Hospital and went to supporting local projects in Kokoda which they desperately need.
Charity Boxing Challenge 2012 is aiming to double that figure this year and bring in over $60,000.

Once again there will be plenty of unbelievable raffle prizes up for grabs and some amazing experiences will be raffled off in a short auction. There will also be a 10 day Kokoda trek up for auction.
