Christmas came early for us this year when this ridiculously great line up landed in our inbox. It’s not a double headliner; it’s not a triple headliner.. we’ve got 4 international heroes from all around the globe and our local legend Sable to come help us celebrate the first time Pilerats x ICSSC have ever had a proper Christmas party. We reckon you’ll agree it was worth the wait.

THIS IS GOING TO BE ALL TIME, and the best Wednesday of your whole LIFE. Beside the stupid amount of artists we've gone all out with hundreds of santa hats, christmas trees and enough tinsel to make things seriously awkward.

Lido (Pelican Fly/Norway)

Already gracing our shores this year under a completely different guise, Norwegian soon-to-be-superstar Lido is pushing all the right buttons. With his huge debut single ‘Love U’ doing the rounds at JJJ, there’s a sense of grandiose, cinematic attitude behind Lido’s productions, that mean that they REALLY hit you hard in the club (good). He’s already been tapped Working alongside Cashmere Cat, and delivering barn storming remixes for Flight Facilities & Alt-J.

Sophie & QT (Numbers/PC Music/UK)

The world doesn’t quite know what to call it yet, but SOPHIE has started something. Bursting onto the UK music scene earlier this year when some of the countries most respected DJ’s (See Jackmaster, Oneman, Ben UFO) started banging on about a little known track called Eeehhh. It wasn’t long before Sophie graced us with hands down the best 2 tracker of the year, his new couple ~ Lemonade, & Hard, both impossibly well produced, taught, rubbery, gummy variations of the trap music template that will have you tearing up the club before you even realize what’s hit you.

Nadus (Pelican Fly)

Signed to the same label as Norwegian superstar Cashmere Cat, and new grime top man Samename, Nadus has taken the Australian music scene by storm with his massive fizzed out jersey club leaning track Nxwxrk, & a slew bootlegs of everybody from of Ciara, Missy, and tracks on the now legendary Booty Bass Compilations. If you’ve been to a club any time in the last few months, you’ll have heard some Nadus jams. Jersey club is back.

Sable (Pilerats/Aus)

Sable has had a massive year, completing tracks with Kele from Bloc Party, printing cool-as-you-like Pokemon themed vinyl, and touring the country solo multiple times, Yung Sable has been hunkered down in the lab cooking up this Summers release, and we can tell you right now ~ it’s a winner. Tearing up the stage at Splendor, & just completing the ‘Kanto’ tour, be down at the front to catch one of the #veryrare Sable cards. Maybe you’ll get a shiny?
