Auditree & The Kush Club: Ben UFO & Pearson Sound

This is the big one, the one we've been waiting for! We finally have the chance to host 2 of the most important and influential figures in the UK scene in an intimate club setting in Brisbane for an extended set. 2/3's of Hessle Audio and arguably 2 of the best DJ's around, Ben UFO and Pearson Sound! 

Ben and David (Peason aka Ramadanman) helped usher in some of the most interesting dubstep and "post-dubstep" productions through their club night, label output and dj set's, and in doing so, opened up the doors for a new world of contrasting and genre defying sounds. This process has simultaneously helped them grow as DJ's and artists, delving deeper and deeper into the archives of Chicago/Detroit house and techno, grime, baltimore, uk garage, dubstep and whatever else you can name. They've both had barnstorming BBC1 essential mixes, as well as Fabriclive CD's to their names, with Ben also having a Rinse CD under his belt. Ben has cultivated a career as one of the last remaining DJ's who do just that, DJ, and as such, has developed a reputation for being one of the best to grace the decks, relishing the chance to play for 3+ hours at any given point. On the other hand, we've been able to watch David's growth as a producer over the years, turning whatever he touches to gold, whether it's been his dubstep indebted productions as Ramadanman, his Chicago influenced work as Maurice Donovan or his genre defying Pearson Sound output, everything is calculated, deliberate, precise and with class far betrayed by his age.

It will be an absolute pleasure to here them on the Funktion 1 system at Bowler, and is definitely going to be a contender for party of the year! Do not miss this one!
