Old Blood are a dynamic, young and explosive blues band named for the old souls and blues influences that clearly run through their veins, this young band are ones to watch. Old Blood have grown in leaps and bounds over the last two years, shaping their sound into something unmistakably their own. With a very firm root in the traditional Chicago and Texas blues sounds, Old Blood have added their own flair to the sounds of the south with influences from soul, jazz, R&B, funk and heavy rock – making for a fantastic fusion.

MattyTWall is connected to music with a wealth of history as he distills a diversity of genres into his own blues-influenced soul, jazz and rock signature. MattyTWall wrings raw emotions from single notes, stretching the strings of a 1961 LesPaul Custom into sounds both persuasive and human.
