Event Description
Join Sophie Budd, chef and owner of Taste Budds Cooking Studio, for a cooking demonstration using bits and pieces from the bottom of the fridge, delicious tastings and a conversation on how to reduce food waste. Learn about how Sophie turns leftovers into meals for the homeless.
Sophie has worked for both Jamie Oliver and Rick Stein, and cooked alongside Gennaro Contaldo and Antonio Carluccio. She’s catered for Adele, Fleetwood Mac, Sting and Paul Simon. She loves sharing recipes and ideas and teaching people to cook simple, nutritious, sustainable meals for themselves and their families.
