2017 Health & Rehabilitation Symposium

Registrations are now open for the 2017 Turtle Health and Rehabilitation Symposium Townsville, Queensland.

This biannual event provides an opportunity for researchers, vets, rehabilitation groups, policy makers and Indigenous land managers from across Australia to come together to share the latest information about sea turtle health, rehabilitation and management. Together we hope to build and strengthen existing partnerships and foster new ones to protect sea turtles and ultimately increase populations for future generations to enjoy.

The Symposium will consist of two days of presentations and workshops at Rydges at Southbank, followed by a day-trip to Magnetic Island for a picnic and to learn about field research of sea turtles.
