Australasian Quilt Convention (AQC)

The Australasian Quilt Convention is Australia’s international quilting event. AQC features a convention of classes with some of the best local and overseas quilting and textile art tutors, as well as a spectacular quilt show with pieces specially selected from Australia and around the world. Add to this an expo packed with specialty patchwork and quilting suppliers, expert talks and sewing rooms, and you’ve got quilting paradise!

CONVENTION CLASS PACKAGES (these classes are located in the upstairs area of the REB): to check convention class availability or to book a class please attend the HELP DESK 'in person' at the show when you arrive, online bookings have now closed.

THURSDAY & FRIDAY EVENING LECTURES:  If you are looking to purchase evening lecture tickets ($49 each) please visit the on-site HELP DESK in the foyer of the Royal Exhibition Building.

AQC GALA DINNER (SATURDAY NIGHT 22 APRIL): If you are looking to purchase a Gala Dinner Ticket please visit the on-site Help Desk in the foyer of the Royal Exhibition Building.

GROUP OFFER: Receive one FREE ticket when you purchase 20 or more GROUP ADULT tickets. Select 21 or more GROUP ADULT tickets and you will automatically receive one of these tickets free of charge.

GROUP TICKETS: Buy 10 or more Group Adult Tickets in bulk and save money and time, no queuing at the door to buy tickets! Each ticket can be used on any one day, so with 10 tickets, 5 friends can come on 2 days, or 10 friends can come on 1 day. Each adult ticket also includes free cloak room service for one item.
