Belleville Gypsy Swing

Gypsy jazz, was first forged in the gypsy camps and musette bars of the 1920s in Paris before being melded with the swing and hot jazz of the United States by the infamous Django Reinhardt and Stephane Grappelli. Tonight, special guest Jessie Gordon will front the formidable talents of Belleville Gypsy Swing as they present a night of this eclectic music reminiscent of the 1920s, Latin, blues, classical and contemporary Gypsy Jazz we hear today.
