Welcome to the 2016 Bondi Beach Polo International Cup, your chance to own a major piece of what is destined to become a “must attend” event in Sydney every year.

Bondi Beach Polo Pty Limited in conjunction with the Waverley Council, proudly presents, for the first time at an Australian capital city, the 2016 Bondi Beach Polo International Cup.

Twelve elite international polo players, 72 Polo Ponies, 1300 Corporate guests, 200 VIP Guests,  250 Beach Polo Cabana guests and 3250 general admission guests will be on hand to enjoy all the action.

There will be four professional round robin matches and two celebrity matches.

All our VIP guests will enjoy the entertainment while sipping French champagne, fine wines, boutique beers and dining out on a menu of culinary delights supplied by Bondi’s award winning Iceberg Restaurant and the Bucket List.

Our general admission patrons will be able to purchase their drinks directly from a themed bars and their choice of mouth watering cuisines from one of the many gourmet food stalls.

Entertainment will include live music, fashion parades, magic acts, celebrity games, competitions and fireworks. Patrons will also be in the running to win, two luxury cars valued at $80,000 each.

For those who believe Polo is nothing more than a genteel game; played by the very rich; you couldn’t be further from the truth. Polo is fast, occasionally furious, sometimes combative and always exciting. And that’s on a field 275 x 150 metres!

When it comes to Beach Polo with its smaller, amphitheater styled, playing arena that puts the spectators in the midst of the action and you can multiply the adrenaline gauge exponentially.

Beach Polo has, since its inception in Dubai ten years ago, revolutionised the sport of polo.  Like 20/20 Cricket, Beach Polo

offered it’s audience a faster, easer to view, more inclusive and entertaining version of the game. Indeed, such was the success of the Dubai event that tournaments in Miami, Argentina, Chile, China and the UK quickly followed suit.

The growth and interest in Bondi Beach Polo, has been substantial. In Australia, the sport is being embraced by young urban

professionals captivated by the excitement and adrenaline of the sport. In 2016, the Bondi Beach Polo International Cup will rock.
