Farm Draft

Farm Draft is the Riverina’s first farmers challenge event of its kind. The one-day event aims to celebrate the work of our farming community and raise funds for issues affecting rural communities. This year the chosen charity is Beyond Blue and Riverina Bluebell. You can expect to see a farming themed obstacle course track, grill style country food stalls, and by night the venue will light up with local and national country music artists. If you want to get real, get regional and come to Farm Draft 2016!

Farmers Challenge

Application Process:

STEP 1: Email [email protected] for a registration form.

STEP 2: Fill out the registration form and waiver and return to the Event Manager prior to the event.

STEP 3: Make payment online via the registration page https://events.ticketbooth.com.au/event/farmerschallengereg

STEP 4: Wait for updates - Prior to the event you will be notified of your challenge time and further details.

STEP 5: CHALLENGE DAY: Arrive 20 minutes before your challenge to sign in at the Farmers Challenge obstacle course. The challenge is set!

Registering as a team or corporate business

• Team of 4


• Course consists of approximately 7 obstacles


• You may wear your own branded challenge clothing to represent your team


• WINNER based on time


• Prizes available for 1 WINNING team

Registering as an individual

• 1 participant


• Course consists of approximately 7 obstacles


• You may wear your own branded challenge clothing


• WINNER based on time


• Prizes available for 1st, 2nd and 3rd places.

Types of Challenges

The obstacle course will be split between individual and team courses. Each course has been created in alignment with the 'farming theme'. Expect to complete the following:

• Small Hay Bale Stacking


• Sheep Drench Mathematical Test


• Wheelbarrow Races


• Large Round Hay Bale rolling


• Find a ring in the hay stack


• Akubra Frisbee


• Wheat Bag Race


• Be a Scarecrow
