- Ticket must be presented for all 3 days of the event, or whenever in attendance. The appropriate day of attendance will be scanned by gatekeepers
- Tickets are non transferable
- Children 9 years and under free of charge when accompanied by an adult with a 3 day pass ticket.
- Children 9 years and under will be required to have a ticket to enter Festivale. Children tickets are available on line or at the gate free of charge
- The right of admission is reserved by Festivale Committee Representatives.
- Proof of age may be required to be presented upon entry.
- Bag searches will be conducted at the gate
- No refunds or exchanges permitted after purchase.
- It is strictly prohibited to on sell ticket after purchase with intent of profit.

- Bottle sales cease at 9.30pm
- Alcohol sales cease at 10.30pm
- No concessions, except valid Companion Card
