Lights Out Arts Festival

The Lights Out Arts Festival (LOAF) is on again this year bigger and better at the Urban Orchard in Perth's Cultural Centre! LOAF is run completely by volunteers to raise awareness about Earth Hour and to support the local musicians, fashion designers and artists of Perth.
