Hi Guys, last night was an epic one in the history of Nudemanfest. Benalla Rural City Council held a Council Meeting with Nudemanfest No 2 on the agenda...whether to commence enforecement proceedings for non compliance with permit Conditions. They unanimously voted in favour of commencing enforcement proceedings..even though an Application was filed with VCAT to have the onerous conditions either removed or amended. In short, this means the temporary Suspension of Nudemanfest until the legal matters have been decided by VCAT, which could be some 4 months away or longer.

NUDEMANFEST AUTUMN FALLS (LABOUR day long weekend) IS NOW IN SUSPENSION UNTIL FURTHER ADVICE.

This has been a pretty sad and exhausting day. A private event for like minded male nudists has been stopped by redneck homophobes. A longer version will appear soon but in the meantime ask yourselves as to whether you can help in any way in the legal process. Remember evil triumphs when good minded people do nothing.

Information about refunds for March ticket holders (and season passes) will be posted / emailed out in the next week once we have more information about the situation.
