QITRC Under The Sea Gala Benefit

Quoin Island Turtle Rehabilitation Centre's first major fundraising event will be an exciting gala evening where we will celebrate the hard work of the team and raise funds to continue the brilliant work of Gladstone Region's first dedicated marine turtle hospital.

This Saturday 12th October Quoin Island Retreat will be transformed into an Under the Sea world with music and entertainment to delight all the senses.

Tickets are $150 per person or $1,300 for groups of 10 (+BF), which includes return boat transfers, an eclectic three-course floating buffet, a delicious beverage upon arrival and entry into our lucky door competition.
*NB: Groups of 10 bookings will be automatically discounted at check-out*

This cocktail style event will be an evening full of fun, socialising, music, food, dancing, entertainment and prizes!

There's a HOLIDAY to the Sunshine Coast up for grabs! Including:
* Two nights accommodation for two adults
* Return flights for two
* Limo transfers to and from the airport
* A double-pass to Underwater World!

We've also got some brilliant auction items up for grabs, to help raise a few extra clams for QITRC.

Get in the "Under the Sea" spirit with ocean colours, costume accessories and headpieces - they'll be prizes up for grabs for best dressed!

BED & BREAKFAST PACKAGES
Want to extend your island stay? Why not book you and your plus-one a Bed & Breakfast Package! This package includes twin-share accommodation in an en-suited room, a gourmet buffet breakfast for two people Sunday morning, free use of the island's recreational facilities and a return boat transfer at 11.30am.
Packages are $250 for two people (+BF).

• Vessels to QITRC Under The Sea Gala Benefit depart from O'Connell Wharf, Flinders Parade, Gladstone. Please ensure you arrive 15 minutes prior to your booked departure time.


• Quoin Island Retreat will not be held accountable for ticket holders who fail to miss their booked boat departure time.


• Failure to miss your return boat from Quoin Island Retreat to Gladstone may result in you incurring a $200 transfer service fee, per person.


• Quoin Island Retreat is a licensed venue, no BYO food or drinks are permitted without prior consent from the Event Manager. Any unauthorised food or beverages will be confiscated without compensation.


• Quoin Island Retreat practices responsible service of alcohol, failure to comply with these practices will result in immediate removal from the island, with a possible $200 transfer service fee.


• Please select your boat times carefully, shall they need to be changed you must do so by contacting Quoin Island Retreat directly.


• This event is strictly 18+ only.


• Ticket cancellations are only excepted 7 days prior to the event, and must be made by contacting Ticketbooth directly.
