Event Description

The introduction of SUITED - The Melbourne Cup event in 2014 saw Perth’s most glamorous personalities flock to the site of Urban Orchard for a day of fashion, cocktails and live entertainment. The event’s hype saturated the social scene with press, bloggers and instagrammers flooding their pages with coverage of the runway shows and beautiful guests.


In 2015, the organisers behind SUITED - The Melbourne Cup event will once again wow the audience with Perth’s most stylish roof top garden event. Fashion power houses Something Borrowed, BRUUG, House of SKYE and Zed Alliance will showcase their latest collections, whilst guests enjoy the best in hospitality. The evening will once again see Perth’s beautiful people heating up the notorious SUITED dance floor.

 

Stylish Pop-up bars will serve the finest cocktails and champagne, as well as beer, wine and spirits.  Guests will have access to delicious gourmet food vans, and Perth’s most high profile oyster shucker Andy Grljusich will be on site serving the freshest and the best.

Doors open from 11am, and the race that stops the nation will be shown on an LED big screen at 12pm.  Designer runway shows will be on throughout the day, as live jazz bands will set the mood of luxury and style for Perth’s most glamorous Melbourne Cup event. Later into the night, Perth’s beautiful people will let down their hair and take part of the city’s hottest dance floor.


SUITED will also offer a unique opportunity for VIP’s to buy their own private area. Located amongst the action, these exclusive areas will have full view of the runway shows and stage.  The private areas will be roped off decked out with day beds, loungers and umbrellas plus will feature their own private bar, staff and host to ensure the day is one to remember.
