The City Slider: Devonport

Everyone loves a water slide! They are synonymous with Australian Summer and youthful fun. Let’s face it, who didn’t always want an even bigger one than the 5m toy store models?

The City Slider is set to bring the centre of your city to life as we transform an inner city street into an alcohol free, family friendly carnival.

It’ll be a street party with quality, healthy fun and a street party that will run for 12 hours!

But what is it exactly? It’s pretty much a 325m LONG WATERSLIDE!

This two lane slide is 6m wide, 325m long and has a layer of 40mm foam underneath it for a soft landing and will be recycling as much water as possible.

Although the slide is the main attraction, it won’t be the only thing for participants to enjoy. The event is open to the public to take part in with water fights, water-themed games, live music, food, ice cream and a street party that will be one to remember.

Session times will be as follows on the day:

10:00am – 11:30am
12:00pm – 1:30pm
2:00pm – 3:30pm (Little Kids session)
4:00pm – 5:30pm
6:00pm – 7:30pm
8:00pm – 10:00pm

Note: 

Check-in for each session will open 2 hours before you are due to start. GET THERE EARLY!

If you are Under 18, make sure the waiver has been approved and signed by your parent or guardian

Participants are also required to commit to our Social Contract which states that all participants must participate in water saving measures prior to the event.
