VANFEST 2015 - Bus and Camping

Camping - Group Booking:

For all group bookings, there is the option to create a ‘Group Name’ for all attendees to enter in during the checkout process, which will enable all bookings under the chosen name to be placed beside each other in the campgrounds.

Transport:

Coach transport options will be available from Dubbo, Bathurst, Orange & Parkes on Friday 4th, Saturday 5th, & Sunday 6th December. Please look carefully at departure and return services.  ONLY Saturday will have a return service for pick up and drop off. Friday and Sunday are one way services ONLY. 

Friday 4 December 2015 

• Dubbo - Victoria Park, Darling street, 3pm departure from Dubbo, 5pm arrive Forbes. 


• Bathurst - Morse Park, Durham St, 2.30pm departure from Bathurst, 5pm arrive Forbes. 


• Orange - Cook Park, Kite St, 3.30pm departure from Orange, 5pm arrive Forbes. 


• Parkes - Cooke Park, 4.30pm departure from Parkes, 5pm arrive Forbes.

Saturday 5 December 2015 

• Dubbo - Victoria Park, Darling street, 11.30am depart - 1.30pm arrive Forbes, 
  Return trip - 1am depart Forbes, 3am arrive Dubbo


• Bathurst - Morse Park, Durham St, 11am depart - 1.30pm arrive Forbes, 
  Return Trip - 1am depart Forbes, 3.30am arrive Bathurst

*Patrons purchasing Friday transfers must either have a camping ticket valid for the entire weekend to stay on the grounds or organise your own transport back.  Return coach services will only be running from Saturday and Sunday.*
