PLEASE READ CAREFULLY THESE INSTRUCTIONS FOR COMPLETING YOUR REGISTRATION
- Step 1: Registration and Camping
Each financial member is entitled to register one non member guest. - Step 2: Dinners, Dinner Transport and Merchandise
If required, this will be completed on the next page. - Step 3: Attendee Information
You will need to provide the following information for Members and Guests:
- Full Name
- Membership Number (optional for Guest)
- Branch Name (optional)
- Contact Phone Number - Step 4: Payment and Confirmation
You will need to complete your registration by paying the total amount with a Visa or Mastercard. Once your payment is processed succesfully you will receive an on screen confirmation.
EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION - Closes 5pm 16th March 2018
Includes unlimited entry to Trade show & Marquees, event welcome bag & lapel badge. Entries received on or before 16th March 2018 will be entered into the draw for a trailer donated by Across Oz Campers.
Prizes:
- Across Oz Camper Trailer valued at $6800
- Indian leather jacket valued at $900
- Flight in a glider at Waikerie valued at $150.
LATE REGISTRATION - Received after 5pm 16th March 2018

MERCHANDISE
No merchandise orders can be accepted after 23 February 2018 due to our supplier's delivery schedule. If merchandise is inadvertently ordered by members after 23 February, a refund will be given.
DINNERS
Wednesday and Saturday Dinner Bookings will close on 20 April 2018.
