Airwolf Paradise is an admired character in electronic music and has consistently been synonymous with high quality creative output. He has cultivated a respected creative portfolio and is a much loved figure in tastemaker circles.
He has consistently been heralded for his production prowess and is currently enjoying widespread AAA tastemaker support from the likes of Patrick Topping, Solomun, Jamie Jones, Danny Howard, Solardo, Dennis Ferrer, MK and Ben Hemsley. Host of Radio 1’s ‘Future Dance’ Sarah Story aptly stated ‘We really need to be keeping an eye on Airwolf Paradise. There seems to be some big tunes coming from him”.
Fittingly, it was Patrick Topping's support that would lead to the signing of Airwolf Paradise’s 2022 single ‘Don’t Hurt Me Baby’ [Trick]. The single was tried, tested and certified on European dance floors including live plays to full crowds at Printworks, Creamfields, Parklife & DC-10. Audience reactions spilled online and set reddit threads and track ID pages alight building an untameable appetite ahead of its release.
‘Don’t Hurt Me Baby’ premiered as a BBC Radio 1 Hottest Record, incredibly receiving first weekend royal flush of BBC Radio 1 specialist plays from Pete Tong, Danny Howard, Charlie Hedges, Sarah Story, Arielle Free, Charlie Tee and further playlist additions at Kiss FM (UK), Diplo’s Revolution (US), and Capital Dance (UK).‘Don’t Hurt Me Baby’ ultimately reach #1 on the UK club chart, amassed over 60 plays on BBC Radio 1, and led to his debut BBC Radio 1 minimix with Danny Howard.
2023, Airwolf Paradise rose the bar again, releasing the highly anticipated ‘Only Man’ EP via Solomun’s globally renowned label ‘Diynamic’ Music. The EP’s lead single ‘Only Man’ featured the vocals of Chicago house music royalty, Paul Johnson. Building further momentum, Airwolf Paradise’ followed with a remix of Tony De Vit’s ‘Get Loose’, released as the lead remix on Tony De Vit’s 25 Year Anniversary posthumous release, alongside Alan Fitzpatrick, ABSOLUT and Patrick Topping. 2023 summer dates across the EU included debut sets at Hi (Ibiza), Tomorrowland (Belgium), Parookaville (Germany), Leeds Festival (Leeds), Trick @ Terminal V (Edinburgh).
