Communication and interaction are critical in the success of any business. Facilitating outcomes whilst working in groups, projects teams, meetings, collaborations, or any other situation is a fine art. It requires a complex interplay of physical skills, communicative nous and mental agility. 

This half-day workshop is an intensive exploration of how to engage groups, empower them and yourself, impart information effectively, draw out and foster creativity, and (above all) achieve powerful outcomes. It includes a range of resources, templates and tools for you to employ straight away. 

"Group Facilitation for Professionals" is imperative for anyone who manages teams, but is also relevant and extremely useful for anyone who engages with others in the course of their role. 

This workshop is facilitated by Lee Crockford who has an extensive background in business, the arts, education and health sectors. He has facilitated workshops with over 50,000 people worldwide and brings together a wealth of techniques and experience from each of these sectors.
