In a delectable and discerning meeting of traditional and contemporary culinary culture, Midden Ambassador Chef and Bundajalung man Mark Olive will team up with visionary winemaker Anita Goode to curate a uniquely homegrown menu created and inspired by the country’s finest produce and providores.
Anita is fifth generation owner of Wangolina wines, now the leading producer of alternate varieties on the Limestone Coast in Bunganditj Country. Known for its rich red soil and cool climate, it’s here that the Goode family have managed and cared for the same land for a century.
