Join us for an unforgettable evening exploring the true tastes of Australia,from the bush to the cellar door. 

In a delectable and discerning meeting of traditional and contemporary culinary culture, Midden Ambassador Chef and Bundajalung man Mark Olive will team up with visionary winemaker Anita Goode to curate a uniquely homegrown menu created and inspired by the country’s finest produce and providores. 

Anita is fifth generation owner of Wangolina wines, now the leading producer of alternate varieties on the Limestone Coast in Bunganditj Country. Known for its rich red soil and cool climate, it’s here that the Goode family have managed and cared for the same land for a century. 



  • Five-course degustation menu, drawn from Ambassador Chef Mark Olive’s Indigenous Australian heritage and heroes. 

  • Savour smoked blue barramundi and Midden’s legendary braised wallaby shanks, served with, matching wines from Wangolina. Owner Anita Goode is a proud ambassador the Mount Benson wine region.

  • Sweeping views of the famous Sydney Harbour Bridge and the spectacular lights of Vivid.
