Laying spurious claim to a reputation as renowned wine consultants, the duo, fresh from judging the ‘Fruit Wine Section’ at ‘The Rockhampton Show,’ will take the audience through the cellar door experience with a comedic twist. They’ll help you match wine to beer, translate over-written bottle blurbs and identify the biggest Wine Wanker in the room: If you have a wine fridge set on two temperatures ... it’s probably you.

Fancy a few beers and a good laugh? Come join comedian, beer drinking expert and all round good guy Chris Franklin as he takes you on a comedic voyage of the frothy senses!

Chris Franklin is one of Australia’s premier comedy stars. He’s an Aussie bloke, a yobbo or a bogan, from his flannelette shirt to his double plugger thongs. His “Hoganesque” style of comedy appeals to every average Australian and touches on the delicate issues of beer, sport and relationships.

Pairing good laughs with delicious wine! Let our witty wine enthusiast take you on a voyage of the senses in this interactive comedy show and wine tasting. Promises to be complex and maybe a little fruity.

Host: Rory Lowe

This UK born, Australian raised storyteller hit the comedy scene early 2012 and by 2014 had debuted his first solo show at Perth Fringe World, selling out the season. Whilst simultaneously performing at Big Day Out Festival, MCing for Grammy nominated psych-rockers Tame Impala, who believe “Rory Lowe is even funnier than he is insane!”

Each masterclass runs for approximately one hour.
