ONLINE TICKETS

• A name and phone number will be required for each ticket holder (due to Victorian Government requirements).


• All ticket holders will need to present their digital or paper ticket for scanning prior to entry.


• Visitors may also need to scan the Victorian Government Contact Tracing QR code or write their first name & contact number in our visitor register prior to entry.


• All visitors are subject to our Conditions or Entry.

Changes & Refunds

• Online tickets are not refundable or transferable unless otherwise stated in our Terms & Conditions.


• Requests to change the attendance date (seesion time) of a ticket must be made with Ticketbooth by either the self-login "Exchange Tickets" button located at the bottom of your original reciept (booking comfimation) 24 hrs prior to the original session start time OR by sending an email request a minimum of 1 hr prior to the end of the original session time booked. • Change requests are subject to availability.


• All tickets become void at 4:30pm on the attendance date of the ticket.


• No changes will be facilitated directly by the Blue Lotus Water Garden staff.
