Dale Tilbrook is a renowned Noongar woman with a wealth of knowledge about Australian native bush tucker which she has shared with the Australian community through her business, Dale Tilbrook Experiences, for many years.

Dale has a wealth of knowledge about Australian native edibles or bushtucker. She will walk you around the South West and the rest of Australia with her descriptions and stories about the food consumed by Aboriginal people, Aboriginal agricultural practices and the Six Seasons.

Hillarys Boardwalk is lucky to have her join us at The Breakwater to do a live cooking show demonstrating the use of native botanicals, herbs and spices with local fresh seafood.

For just $10 a ticket, you can experience some tantalising dishes that will excite your palates and get you inspired to make your own bush tucker creation. An event not to be missed.
