Cat Lounge at Neko HQ

Tickets can be booked online only and will not be available at the counter.

Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

The Cat Lounge at Neko HQ provides a unique experience with Cats from all walks of life. Each of our rescue Cats will be working hard to ensure you have a memorable expurrience.

You can choose to relax in the company of our hard working (or hardly working) Cats for a 50 minute cuddle session on one of our gorgeous snuggle chairs or languish on the lounge.

If relaxing is not for you the Cat overlords will let you know what they would like you to do and just how you can be of service to them. Perhaps you could be a warm pillow to sleep on, a massage therapist, play games or even serve treats available for sale in our shop.

We have free wi-fi and a recharging station for your devices so you can take lots of selfies with our resident cats but don’t forget to tag us at #NekoHQ.

All funds raised including ticket costs are utilised to rescue and rehome cats in Victoria. Maneki Neko Cat Rescue is a registered Charity and winner of the 2019 Outstanding Rescue Group of the Year.

COVID-19 Arrangements

During the COVID-19 pandemic Neko HQ will be strictly adhering to the session start and finish times, to allow our volunteers time to clean the space ready for the next guests. If you would like to book for a longer stay longer please see our events information below.

Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled session. On arrival please use the hand sanitiser provided and feel free to wear gloves if you feel more comfortable and thoroughly wash your hands as needed. We highly encourage social distancing during your visit, for the safety of our guests and volunteers.

We will be asking guests to please leave the lounge at the end of the session time to allow us to complete cleaning etc.

Group Bookings and Events

Having a party? Please contact Neko HQ to book the Cat Lounge. This ensures that you have exclusive use of the lounge for the allocated time and we have additional volunteers on hand. To ensure the enjoyment of all our patrons parties cannot be conducted during a regular session booking. We can be contacted via our Facebook page or email jade@neko.org.au.

Adult – 50 Minutes - $15

Child under 14 - $13

Concession Card Holder – 50 Minutes - $13*

Companion Card – Free with any ticketholder - Please email support@ticketbooth.com.au and send a photo of your companion card to process your companion ticket.

Children under 2 years are free.

*Please present your card at check in.

Refunds & Exchanges

Neko HQ will only offer a refund or exchange of a ticket if an event is cancelled or reschedule. We do not offer refunds or exchanges as a result of a change in your personal circumstances.
