We are thrilled to announce DEEP VALLEY, the little festival in the hills of Perth.

Located just 45 minutes from the Perth CBD at Western Australia's most stunning garden, Araluen Botanic Park. DEEP VALLEY will deliver a festival for forward thinking people who want to experience a party in a unique and iconic location.

Add to this great international, national, and local artists, the magnificent sound of Funktion One across two stages.

– ARTISTS –

MK

Revered producer, remixer and DJ, MK’s storied background is one of long-term creative development. His roots are pure Detroit, but his early cues come from electronic leading UK bands like Depeche Mode, New Order and The Cure. If you dig a little deeper, you will find that MK’s own musical path is a series seamless transitions from house to techno and hip-hop to R&B, with a complete turnaround back to house in the last six years.

Patrick Topping

Renowned for his ability to craft infectious, dancefloor-ready rhythms that first saw him championed by Hot Creations label boss Jamie Jones. Now 26 years old, Patrick first built a DJ career around playing at his own popular club night, ‘Motion’ at Digital Newcastle where he booked and played alongside some of the biggest names in the business. 2016 was the year Patrick Topping cemented his status as one of the most in-demand names in dance music.

Moodymann

An outspoken voice in the normally non-confrontational world of electronic dance music, Moodymann (Kenny Dixon Jr.) is committed to keeping a distinctly black imprint on techno and house.

Set Mo

On a European beach with the hint of a summer breeze or in the middle of a heaving, sweaty dancefloor – Set Mo’s straight-up House grooves sit comfortably in either, a testament to their quality production and dedication to their music. After meeting at a Sydney club (where else) Set Mo, aka Nick & Stu, bonded over a mutual love of music & monochrome. That bond eventually gave us the smooth, evocative productions that we’ve come to expect from Set Mo, and that have traversed the boundary between club and commercial.

A host of Perth's finest Dj's including Zelimir, Rob Sharp, Luke P, Ace Basik, Paul Scott, BRVDO, Claim82 & Zac Hayes, Genga, Darren D, Shadow Brothers, Nu Groove & Tom Jacobs.

– Food & Beverage –

With pop-up bars producing bespoke cocktails curated by Ben Tua from Mad Dogs Jungle Bar, craft beer, local wines by the glass and flavoursome cuisine from around the world via a fleet of foods trucks Deep Valley will become your favourite little festival.


– Transport Options Provided –

Araluen Botanical Park is a 45-minute drive south-east from Perth CBD. With minimal parking we have listed 2 options for you to get to and from the event.

When purchasing your ticket on the Ticketbooth website you will have the option to choose the train and shuttle bus or bus service from one of our four set locations. Once you have chosen your preferred transport method you cannot change your option. Please make sure you have chosen correctly!

Option 1

From the Kelmscott train station there will be a shuttle bus service running from 11:30am - 4:00pm and 8:00pm - 10:30pm from the train station carpark to Araluen and back to the train station.
Kelmscott Station - Araluen = 15 min drive.
Araluen - Kelmscott Station = 20 min drive.

* Your ticket does NOT include train ticket.

Option 2

Catch the bus from one of our four nominated pickup points.
- Left Bank Hotel (East Fremantle)
- The Saint (Innaloo)
- Inglewood Hotel (Inglewood)
- Como Hotel (Como)

*Your bus ticket is NOT included in the original ticket price. You have to purchase the add-on.

Buses will be leaving each location at exactly 11:30am and will not be waiting for people running late. Each venue will be open for business and we advise all event attendees to be at their nominated venue at 11:00am and enjoy a drink.

After the event is finished buses will be leaving Araluen from 9:30pm at the drop off/ pick up point located just outside the main entrance of the event.

 

 

If you choose to organise your own transport for Deep Valley can you please click the own transport option.

Please only choose own transport if you have organised an alternative method. i.e limo, bus or being dropped off and picked up. As there is minimal parking onsite at Araluen.

– Complimentary Ticket Holders –
If you hold a complimentary ticket you will still be required to purchase a bus ticket with your nominated location from the Ticketbooth website.
