‘Boost your wellbeing’ workshop includes how we can practice mental fitness and build resilience, the protective factors for mental health and coping strategies for stress and burnout. There are some interactive activities throughout, as well as some videos. It also includes tips on how to support someone going through a mental health challenge and the available support services.
This session will also include information about Helping Minds services.

A program will only be cancelled if there are insufficient enrolments received one day prior to the event or due to factors beyond the City’s control. No individual refunds or credits will be given for general non-attendance.
