Community Session - Expressive therapy for carers

When a loved one develops a mental health challenge, it can feel like they become a shadow of the person you once knew. This shift can impact everything - relationships, expectations, and the vision for the future.

Join us for a workshop that explores the grief and loss carers often experience in these situations. Through group discussions and sharing, as well as engaging in therapeutic art activities, this session offers a safe space to process emotions, connect with others, and find healing and understanding.
