In 1948, West Australian Ben Carlin set out on an epic adventure to circumnavigate the globe in an amphibious jeep. Ten years and 50,000 miles later he completed his journey across land and sea, setting a world record that has stood for over 60 years. Join us as Ben’s only daughter, Deirdre Carlin, shares a rare 1950’s movie directed by and featuring Ben from the 1950s – “It’s a Small World.” This is a movie not to be missed.
