Depression and anxiety are the masters of infiltration, with depression being the leading cause of disability and anxiety representing the second.

While the world grapples with the COVID pandemic, so the pandemic of depression and anxiety escalates. While we are (at the time of writing this) not in isolation, too many people are isolated by feelings of numbness, hopelessness, constant thoughts, overwhelm, a lack of motivation, exhaustion, and a lack of happiness.

Let’s talk about some factors that may be contributing to you or your loved one’s mental health challenges, and some steps that can be taken to start building a foundation on which to buy happiness.
