Simon Kurieta is a mushroom cultivator and educator who runs MycoCasa – a local urban mushroom farm. In this talk, he shares everything you need to know to be able to grow your own oyster mushrooms in upcycled buckets. Simon explores the various stages of mushroom cultivation, discusses simple tips and tricks for success and will show you how to make your own oyster mushroom growing bucket.
