- Details
Lawrence of Arabia was the name given to British Intelligence Officer, Thomas Edward Lawrence, who fought alongside Arab guerrilla forces in the Middle East during the First World War.
Join Nigel Ridgway as he examines the man, the soldier and the politics of the Middle East during this period.
The famous film directed by David Lean portrays Thomas Edward Lawrence as a troubled soul – which he was. Nigel will show the trailer for the movie before he begins his talk.
