Discovery Session - The Occasional Gardener

Learn simple, time-saving home garden tips aimed at the “Occasional Gardener” – no green thumb required. Boost confidence around soil health, plant health, water efficiency & pruning tools in a fun and informative environment giving a base for participants to develop their gardening skills with further personal discovery. 

About the presenter:
Wayne Kavanagh has been involved with key national brands in the home garden industry for almost 40 years and will share his insights and experiences relevant to being an Occasional Gardener just like himself.

Cancellations and refunds:

A program will only be cancelled if there are insufficient enrolments received one day prior to the event or due to factors beyond the City’s control. No individual refunds or credits will be given for general non-attendance.

Parking: Please allow extra time to park as there is increased activity around the library due to the opening of Duncraig Adventure Hub. Additional parking can be found at Percy Doyle Reserve off Ron Chamberlain Drive.
