Discovery Community Session - Therapeutic Mindfulness Techniques

Carers are unpaid and provide support to a family member or friend with a disability, chronic or life-limiting illness, who is frail aged, has a mental health condition, or an alcohol or other drug related challenge.
Practicing mindfulness has been shown to bring relief to a range of physical, mental, and emotional difficulties.
Carers are invited to join us for a wellness session where we explore what mindfulness is, its benefits, and how to introduce it into your life to help you destress and experience increased wellbeing. You will have the opportunity to practice a range of mindfulness techniques and find out which ones work for you.
Please note – this session is for carers only.
No Cost. Register online.
