‘Drawing Real Bodies’ Artists Anatomy Workshop with Nelson Colo Matoma

“...we might say that the earth has a spirit of growth; that its flesh is the soil, its bones the arrangement and connection of the rocks of which the mountains are composed, its cartilage the tufa, and its blood the springs of water."

- Leonardo Da Vinci

Date: Monday 13 August
Time: 6:00pm - 8:00pm
Module 2: Skeletal Landmarks
Cost: $40

The ‘Drawing Real Bodies’ anatomy artist's workshop is a course deigned to drive a deeper understanding of the complex structure we are as humans. The course will lead students through a demonstration of human anatomy through simple and basic forms and basic exercises, offering participants an invaluable opportunity to study the skeletal and muscle structures of the human form, with perfect precision.

An understanding of artistic anatomy frees the artist to focus on the rhythm and expression of the physical form. This is an amazing opportunity to study anatomical drawing using over 20 real and perfectly preserved specimens, and over 200 human organs for reference.

The course modules are independent but interconnecting, with the first four modules on sale now! Classes start Monday 6 August 2018 - places are strictly limited to 20 seats per class. Tickets will sell fast so book now to secure your ticket!

Pricing:
Singular Modules: $40.00 each
2+ modules: $30.00 each
