On a European beach with the hint of a summer breeze or in the middle of a heaving, sweaty dancefloor – Set Mo sit comfortably in either, a testament to their quality production and dedication to their music.

After meeting at a Sydney club (where else) Set Mo, aka Nick & Stu, bonded over a mutual love of music & monochrome. That bond eventually gave us the smooth, evocative productions that we’ve come to expect from Set Mo, songs that are just at home in the club as they are on the radio.

Following their 2014 debut EP ‘The Crush’, 2015 was the breakout year for Set Mo. Their single ‘White Dress feat. Deutsch Duke’ received huge support on Triple J and dance radio globally, as well as a phenomenal reception online all around the world with support from EARMILK, Indie Shuffle, Discobelle, Hilly Dilly + loads more. To date, ‘White Dress’ has been spun over 10 million times on Spotify, and more than 15 million spins online. (and counting!) MTV swiftly nominated Set Mo in the Australian installment of ‘Brand New’, which has featured artists like Sam Smith, Banks, George Ezra and Haim in international versions.

Not ones to take their foot off the pedal, Set Mo released ‘Chasing Forever’ in late 2015 - a beautiful collaboration with vocalist ALPHAMAMA that harks back to the timeless house tunes that have been such a strong influence for Set Mo, while still remaining decidedly modern and fresh. ‘Chasing Forever’ was featured by international tastemaker Majestic Casual, received Pete Tong’s nod via spins on BBC Radio1 and saw Set Mo, ALPHAMAMA and ‘Chasing Forever’ feature in Smirnoff’s global Sound Collective campaign.

In 2016, Set Mo released ‘Comfort You’ a collaboration with Melbourne singer, songwriter and producer Fractures. Receiving full rotation adds on specialist radio in France, Netherlands and UK, on their home turf it was supported by Set Mo’s largest headline tour to date, taking in 17 dates around the country.

In the last quarter of 2016, Set Mo unveiled ‘See Right Through Me’ featuring the vocals of fellow Sydney-sider Xavier Dunn. ‘See Right Through Me’ dropped as Set Mo kicked off their national support on SAFIA’s sold out Australian tour from September through to November, clocked up over 100,000 views of the video in it’s first week, and marked Set Mo’s first hard ticket show (their now infamous ‘Stamina Session’) at Sydney’s legendary Civic which sold out.

The Australian ’16/’17 summer saw Set Mo playing numerous festivals including Lost Paradise and Southbound, their second Stamina Session at Sydney’s Oxford Art Factory which sold out ten days ahead of the show. This momentum is holding strong following their ‘Never Ending Summer Tour’ followed up with their mammoth 16 date ‘Panoramic Tour’ across May & June.

Most importantly, fans can expect a stack of new music coming from Set Mo in 2017 starting with their club focused ‘After Dark EP’ which in its first week of release has scored a first play on BBC Radio 1 and tastemaker support from Zombie Disco Squad, Christian Martin, Dennis Ferrer, Rudimental, Henry Saiz and more.
