Event Description

Double Dressage Day commences with our Sprenger Dressage Masterclass, hosted by some of international’s best dressage talent, Sabine Schut-Kery.

Sabine is an Olympic silver medallist and an internationally acclaimed Grand Prix rider. Sabine competes nationally and delights audiences with extraordinary equestrian skills and exhibitions.

Come night, the Goodbye Fly’s Dressage Freestyle is a spectacle not to be missed. Australia’s best dressage combinations will battle it out for the title of Champion and take home the chocolates.

Riders will put a personal touch on their performances with freestyle to music of their choice. With such freedom, spectators and judges alike can expect engaging performances that truly showcase the very best combinations.

The evening will be opened by a Quadrille and will include a Liberty interpretation of a dressage test.

The Sprenger Dressage Masterclass and Goodbye Fly’s Dressage Freestyle Night Show are not accessible on a General Admission Ticket.

Other Friday highlights include;

  • Goodbye Fly’s Young Rider FEI Dressage. It wouldn’t be EQUITANA without Dressage! With our country’s best Grand Prix and youth riders competing.  We will also get a taste of the future of our sport. This year’s dressage Program has expanded to feature an FEI Young Rider class.

  • Australian Stock Horse Association Challenge is a super test of rider and horse agility, versatility and trainability- come and see our Aussie born and bred horses work around tests of speed and obedience to find the champion Aussie Stockhorse for 2022!

Your seat/s will be allocated for you based off what is best available.
