Taylors Wines Family Flagship Release Event

Enjoy a world-class wine tasting experience of Taylors Wines inaugural 'Family Flagship Release' - a collection of our finest wines paired to a four course menu at the stunning Calyx venue in the Royal Botanic Garden Sydney.

Guests will be treated to:

• A premium wine tasting experience hosted by members of the Taylor family and Taylors' Chief Winemaker


• Event hosted by Mitchell Taylor, Third Generation Winemaker & Managing Director


• Four course dinner paired with Taylors' Masterstroke, St. Andrews, The Pioneer and The Visionary wines


• Wines served in Riedel varietal specific glassware


• Exclusive Family & Friends member offers on the night

Guests will need to arrive at 6:30pm for a 7:00pm seating. The event will close by 11pm. Restricted to guests 18 years of age and over. Photo identification will be required at entry.

Before purchasing your ticket, there are a few things to note about the event:

GETTING THERE:

Entry to The Calyx, situated in the Royal Botanic Garden Sydney, is via Morshead Fountain Gate, corner of Macquarie Street and Shakespeare Place.

SPECIAL SEATING REQUESTS:

If you would like to make a request to be seated with other guests who have seperately purchased tickets please advise us in writing to [email protected] within ten days of the event date. We will do our best to accommodate these requests within our table seating plan, however, we cannot gaurantee that it will be possible to meet every request.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS:

Any dietary requirements must be disclosed in the ticket booking form. Any dietary requests or food allergies noted on the day of the event will not be accommodated. All dishes are prepared in a kitchen that handles nuts, shellfish, gluten, dairy, eggs and soy products. Whilst all reasonable efforts are taken to accommodate guest's dietary needs, we cannot guarantee that the food will be allergen free.

RESTROOM FACILITIES:

There are toilet facilities situated within The Calyx.

RESPONSIBLE SERVICE AND CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOL:

All service crew are RSA certified and will uphold the strictest of RSA standards based on the current laws of New South Wales Liquor & Gaming. If security or service members determine a guest to be intoxicated or displaying disorderly conduct, they will be immediately removed from the barge via water taxi at the cost of the guest or guests. There will be no ticket refunds for those guests removed from the event due to intoxication.

IN CASE OF WET WEATHER:

The Calyx is an enclosed space and the event will continue in wet weather. In the case of wet weather, we suggest guests bring an umbrella or raincoat for entry into and out of the venue.

CANCELLATIONS:

Only in the event of extreme circumstances or a significant natural event would the event be cancelled or rescheduled. The event organiser will communicate directly with guests in the event of a cancellation and refunds will be issued.

REFUNDS & TRANSFERS:

Refunds will only be given to those ticket holders who notify the event organiser within ten days of the event date. No refunds will be provided to those guests who miss or do not attend the event.
