Famous Cases in Song
Judges and members of the legal profession from Victoria come together for Law Week 2018 to perform two short operettas based on the famous cases of Carlill v Carbolic Smoke Ball Co and Donoghue v Stevenson (the snail in the bottle case). Join us as the stories behind these famous cases are retold in humorous songs set to well-known Gilbert & Sullivan tunes written by New Zealand law lecturer Stephen Todd.
Law Week 2018 is presented by the Victoria Law Foundation.

TIME AND SEATING: Doors open 5.30 pm for shows on 17 and 18 May. Doors open 3 pm for show on 19 May. Show runs for approximately 60 minutes including a short intermission and introduction to each case. Unallocated seating.
