Mick Medew and The Mesmerisers
Brisbane legend Mick Medew's new album started off as a solo affair but he quickly assembled a new band to mine this entirely different milieu to the powerhouse melodic garage rock we're used to from The Screaming Tribesmen and The Rumours. A fascinating new front from a great talent.
Mick Medew (ex 31st, ex Screaming Tribesmen, The Rumours), Brian Mann (ex Headstones, ex Screaming Tribesmen), Lois Andrews and Michael Charles (ex Screaming Tribesmen).

The On and On’s
Glenn Morris (lead vocals and guitar) and his brother Brian (drums) of The Zeros (Aust) toured Australia and the US in 2012 as members of The Paul Collins Beat. The On and Ons are rounded out with Clyde Bramley (ex-Hoodoo Gurus), Richard Lane (ex The Stems), and Jon Roberts (The Barbarellas).

Some Jerks
Some Jerks are a garage/surf rock band from Brisbane, inspired by the girl groups and garage rock of the 60’s, and once quoted as “sounding like Sleater-Kinney covering the Shangri-las”
Vicki (ex Aampirellas/Fondelles/Kewpiedoll), Will (Los Heuvos, ex Little Vegas & The Fuzz Parade) and Simon (ex Kewpiedoll/Brindle/Le Fricken Hecks).

Dr Bombay
Sweaty, loud rock and roll - I know its only rock and roll, but I like it. Its the last stand (maybe).
What do a bunch of old rockers do when they dont wanna take up golf, or fucking cycling. Turn it up, like it was 1985. You remember, right?
Gary Slater (ex Voodoo Lust), Stewart de Lacy (ex Kewpie Doll, Sanity Assassins, Krank/Spank), Greg Baxter (ex Presidents 11, Arctic Circles) and Joey the Kid.
