Food Networking Event

You are Invited… to a potential Northern Tasmanian Food Network.

NTDC (Maree Tetlow) and RDA Tasmania (Kevin Turner) have interviewed close to 40 food-related businesses in the past 6 months.

In addition to informing NTDC’s Regional Economic Development Plan, we have also been investigating the interest for a Food Network in our region.

You have indicated an interest to proceed, and the data that has been collated to date tells us what you already know, that this region has a huge future in quality food value-adding or processing.

So let’s get the Food Network started!

We are planning a casual event on 1 August, to update you on progress in FermenTas, MATS (Microwave Assisted Thermal Sterilisation). This is a great opportunity for participants to share experiences, issues and allow you to meet more of your fellow businesses in this space over a glass of wine and some nibbles.

When: 4pm – 6.30pm, Wednesday 1 August 2018

Where: Level 2, 93 York Street (Co-Work Offices)

What: the first Food Network event including refreshments
