The event is Ticket Entry only and the full amount raised will go towards a non profit organisations (Physically active Youth) we proudly support in Namibia.

Physically Active Youth focuses on the healthy development of young people in low income villages. I was lucky enough to be able to visit the Center last year in December and spend a few hours around with the kids listening to their stories and I was more than impressed how smart and humbled they are and how much P.A.Y means to them. When I asked them what would they like for Christmas, their first answer wasn`t toys or books; it was food supplies. Most of the kids coming from extremely low income families have only one meal per day, and that is the meal offered at the Centre. I always had this big dream of fighting hunger and poverty around the world and to be able to visit this organisation I knew it was the right time to work towards making a difference.

As a bit of background about the organisation, P.A.Y is an after school program based in Katutura, Windhoek and it opens its doors to children and youth who come every day after school to receive academic assistance and engage in structured sports activities. Through education and sports, P.A.Y. helps decrease juvenile crime, teenage sexual activity and substance abuse.
My aim is to raise funds for the Organisation to satisfy their priority needs such as food supplies, transport and some of the helpers salaries. Also the P.A.Y is aiming to open its doors in more cities around the country which will offer amazing opportunities to hundreds of other kids.

This experience was one of the most unique and to be able to help the kids will mean the world not only to me but to them as well and perhaps to other people that I will inspire.
