The "Grape to Glass – Roaming Winemaker Series” is an ongoing series of wine events held across Perth featuring a handpicked selection of our best local and interstate winemakers. Limited to only 50 guests per event, this intimate experience pairs the winemaker with one of Perth’s best venues on a Thursday evening from 6.30-8pm.

Fresh from being announced as Perth's best new restaurant, New Normal Bar & Kitchen are dedicated to eliminating waste in every part of their operations, and sharing how they do it. Their offering follows the seasons, with all produce sourced from Australia's biodiverse South West. Located in the iconic Simon Chugg building, one of Subiaco’s oldest commercial tenancies, they offer simple yet thought-provoking fare within an intimate dining room and rooftop terrace. With two of Australia's most exciting chefs at the helm of their open kitchen (Charlie Vargas and Chris Malone), you're certainly in good hands!
