Grudge Events are bringing the Dear Seattle lords to town!
Dear Seattle are the melodic, sing along, beer-in-the-air, headbanging-with-heart punk rock band you’ve been waiting for. One part mosh pit, and one part love letter - with a dash of VB - the band have created a truly unique and powerful style of song writing that’s connecting with fans across Australia and the rest of the world.
Having now evolved their style into something truly distinctive and powerful, the band are seeing incredible traction following the release of their current single "Afterthought", as well as break out single "The Meadows" from their sophomore self-titled EP 'Dear Seattle'.
No strangers to the live scene, Dear Seattle have shared the stage with the likes of Citizen (US), Emarosa (US), Trophy Eyes (AUS), and Balance and Composure (US), Tired Lion, as well as recently supporting Columbus on their national tour, and currently on a massive national tour with Kingswood.
In classic rock and roll style, they spent most of 2017 in a van driving up and down the east coast bringing their unforgettable live show to cap cities and regional areas until finishing up at BIGSOUND in Brisbane earlier this month. The band played to the biggest crowds of their careers, selling out the ticketed venues or reaching capacity at every show, all of which has led to their ability to deliver an impressive and energetic live performance.
From charting on Spotify viral charts in Australia and The UK, to receiving airplay from triple j, triple j unearthed, community radio, and RAGE, to crowd surfing their way across Australia on tour all year, Dear Seattle have arrived and they’re only just getting started.
