Nic Peterkin joins us again for State Makers this year. Last year saw him pressing and fermenting Nebbiolo in Petition Wine Bar. This year, he'll bottle it! Bring your friends down to get your hands dirty in the bottling line. Complete with hand-dipped wax seals and DIY label drawings, this is an event not to be missed.
