Happy Little Yogis at Westfield Kotara

'Happy Little Yogis’ is a dynamic, vibrant, fun-filled class for children from 3-8yrs (and their parents, too!). 'Happy Little Yogis' classes are designed to help your little ones develop self-confidence and self-love through self-awareness. The classes are physically energetic and animated to begin, incorporating exciting elements of music, dance, drama and lots of active imagination! They then slow down the flow to emphasise breathing, relaxation and intuition.

 Dates: Mon 23 – Wed 25 January

 Location: The Rooftop, Level 3 (In the case of wet weather this activity will take place in Centre Court, outside David Jones, Level 1)

Times: 9.30am , 10.30am & 11.30am daily (classes go for 30mins)

Bookings essential. Tickets are free to book, please book for children only (adults do not require a ticket).
