This sunrise stretch out will leave you feeling like you've had a full body massage after moving through 1.5 hours of Kelli's signature super slowed down, breathe focused, total-relaxaion-inducing yoga. With a maximum of 8 people per class, these sunrise HeartGlow sessions are an opportunity for lots of personal attention, personalised sequencing, and physical assists, helping you to maximise your time on the mat, allowing you to let go of the maximum amount of tension possible, while making the most space possible, and creating the most freedom and fullness possible out of your practice.
