High Brew

Cord Fundraiser is back with High Brew – the unmissable food, wine and music event of the year. Cord has collaborated with a host of Perth’s premiere creatives and heavy hitters in the food and wine scene, bringing them together at the lofty warehouse of the Claisebrook Design Community quarters on Sunday August 6. Indulge in a long-table degustation lunch like no other, sipping on matched wines while enjoying 11 finely crafted dishes by Rockpool Bar and Grill, Chef Chase Weber, Herb Faust, Kuld Creamery, Poach Pear, Ashleigh Pattison Degustation and Private Chef, La Paleta, Sugar & Nice, Little Polkadot Pantry, Sue Lewis Chocolatier and Cheese Louise grazing tables. All profits raised go to Fiona Stanley Hospital's spinal injuries unit.

High Brew blurs the lines between degustation and the traditional high tea, creating a food concept unlike anything else, featuring tea-inspired dishes and a Five & West gourmet tea experience coupled with three courses of matching wines by Brown Brothers. A live music showcase features singer songwriter Sarah Pellicano, acoustic duo Frequency in Motion and DJ Pussymittens. Set amidst the beautiful event space of the Claisebrook Design Community, High Brew is curated and supplied by Event Artillery, Marielle Studio, Synapse Event Lighting and A la Table.
