Spring is upon us! Enjoy the Spring Manhattan High Tea at Doltone House Hyde Park.

Doltone House invites guests to experience a bottomless Sparkling Rosé high tea, elegantly styled by House of Doltone.

In an elegant and relaxed atmosphere, guests will indulge in an afternoon of specially selected spring house made finger foods and delicate sweets whilst sipping on unlimited French handcrafted teas and bottomless Sparkling Rosé.

Crowd favourites include our classic and date scones with double cream and raspberry jam, and our French Darjeeling tea – a fresh spring tea with a typical Darjeeling bouquet, delicate bergamot flavours and subtle hints of lemon and orange.

Doltone House Hyde Park offers contemporary sophistication directly opposite Sydney’s Hyde Park. High Tea is held in the Manhattan Room, offering a contemporary ambience with a designer New York twist. Silver and cream decor punctuated with tones of sapphire blue.
