Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the purchase date. 

Please ensure you have a printed copy with you upon arrival. 

How to redeem your voucher:

1. Call the arcade to make a booking on 07 5661 3010 and bring your printed copy of the gift voucher to your booking.

2. Email your requested booking to [email protected]

3. Walk in to Holoverse with a printed copy of the gift voucher and we can put you into the next available time slot.

By booking tickets on behalf of another person, you and the other person both agree that you make that purchase under the condition that the other person agrees to these conditions also.

Photographs and video of you and your dependants may be used for security and promotional purposes.
